By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms.
All content on this Site — including project descriptions, renders, floor plans, specifications, amenity lists, pricing figures, offers, and payment plans — is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute an offer, invitation, or contract of any kind. Nothing on this Site should be treated as a substitute for the official Agreement for Sale, RERA-registered project documents, or sanctioned building plans.
All images, renders, videos, and visualizations on this Site are artistic impressions for representation purposes only and may not accurately depict the final construction, layout, specifications, or surroundings of the Elite Oasis project. Actual units, common areas, and amenities may vary from what is depicted.
Prices, offers (including the "Pay only 20% & Own" scheme), payment plans, and unit availability mentioned on this Site are indicative, subject to change without prior notice, and subject to availability at the time of booking. Final pricing, applicable taxes, and charges will be governed by the Agreement for Sale executed between the buyer and Emaar India Limited.
Elite Oasis is registered under UP RERA with Registration No. UPRERAPRJ944123/02/2025. Buyers are strongly advised to independently verify the project's registration, sanctioned plans, and any promoter disclosures at www.up-rera.in before making any booking or investment decision. In the event of any conflict between information on this Site and the RERA-registered project documents, the RERA-registered documents shall prevail.
All booking amounts, instalments, and home loan disbursements must be deposited only in the RERA-designated Collection Account disclosed on this Site and in official project documents. Emaar India Limited and its authorized representatives will never ask you to make payments to any other account.
Emaar India Limited holds all legal rights to the project name, plans, renders, and marketing materials published on this Site. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for any unauthorized commercial purpose without prior written consent.
Emaar India Limited shall bear no responsibility for representations made by any unauthorized third parties, brokers, or channel partners not formally engaged by Emaar India for this project. The only Authorized Channel Partner referenced on this Site carries RERA registration UPRERAAGT12499.
